Our American systems are broken. They need to be rebuilt so that everyone has fair and equal opportunities in this country. Every single sector of American society is riddled with racism. They are inefficient and unfairly designed. I will draw upon my background in redesigning and developing organizational structures for Walt Disney World to propose changes. In my role in community and government relations for Disney, I also led issue-specific summits. We brought the best minds in various industries together to address and resolve the issues. I’ve been a victim of the broken apparatus. The frustrations are all now opportunities. Like a business, optimizing an organization’s performance benefits everyone. Maybe the leaders throughout society will pay attention and do something about it if we can give them a boost. We need to find the cure, not just treat the symptoms. There is a lot to straighten up after four centuries.
